Good morning! Good day!
Unfortunately, that’s not what we expect to hear as we glide in and out of our daily lives. It seems pessimism is
lingua franca these days:
“Oh, the economy is horrible!”
“[Sob] Business is killing me!”
“Argh, taxes are going up!” [No one really says “argh,” but it sounded good here.]
Here’s an idea:
Let’s choose to see the doughnut instead of the hole.
If we all choose – make that decision each morning – to think positive thoughts it will affect our actions, which will, in turn, affect the thoughts and actions of others,
and so on and so on. It’s the “butterfly effect” and I write much more in chapter one of my book,
Great Big Small Things.
So, say it with me – Good morning! Good day!
